Senior Management Operations

	Dave Taylor Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology and joined The BOC Group where he held a number of operational and senior management roles in the UK & Asia until 2007. Dave joined OneSteel as GM of the newly acquired Smorgon Reinforcing business and subsequently rebranded it to the Australian Reinforcing Company, ARC. In October 2009, after 18 months with OneSteel, Dave and his family relocated to Wellington to assume the role of CEO, Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd..
	Tony Candy Tony Candy joined the Company as Financial Controller of the Steel Distribution Division in 1988. He was appointed Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer in February 1992. He is a Director of all Subsidiary Companies of Steel & Tube Holdings Limited.
	Mark Winnard Mark Winnard joined the Company in 1992 in the area of financial management. Mark was appointed General Manager of the Roofing operations in 1999 and Executive General Manager - Manufacturing in March 2007. In May 2009, Mark was appointed Executive General Manager - Distribution.
	Terry Carter Terry Carter joined the Company in a sales role in 1977, progressing through various sales and senior management positions. He was appointed to his current position as General Manager - Steel Products in March 2007.
	Steve Kubala Steve Kubala - Has had extensive experience in sales and managerial positions in the metals industry. Steve re-joined the company in March 2007 after a gap of 12 years as General Manager Steel & Tube - Stainless.
	Roger O'Neil Roger O’Neill joined the Company in 1972 as a Detailer in the Reinforcing Division. He has held various management positions in both the Steel Distribution and Reinforcing Divisions before being appointed to the position of General Manager - Reinforcing in 1990. In May 2009, Roger was appointed to the position of General Manager - Manufacturing.
	Roger Gabites Roger Gabites joined Steel & Tube in 2003 when the company acquired Hurricane Wire Products. Roger has held various sales and management positions within Hurricane Wire and was appointed General Manager - Hurricane Wire Products in March 2007.
	Jim Peterson Jim Peterson joined the Steel Industry in 1974. Since that time he has held a number of senior management positions. He rejoined Steel & Tube in 2001 as GM Fastening Systems. He was appointed to his current position as General Manager - Piping Systems in 2004.
	Robyn Cameron Robyn Cameron joined the Company in 1981, progressing through various sales and management positions. Robyn was appointed to her current position as Manager Information Technology in 2003.
	David Jenkins David Jenkins joined the Company in 2007 as Legal counsel after an extensive career in private practice.
	Richard Taylor Richard Taylor joined the Company in 1978, progressing through various sales and management positions. He was appointed to his current roll of Procurement Manager in 1997.
