	Robert Bakewell \| Non-independent Director Appointed a Director on 24 June 2010, Mr Bakewell CA, B.Comm is Chief Financial Officer of OneSteel Limited where he is responsible for accounting, tax, risk management, treasury, business planning, legal and company secretarial matters. He has more than 25 years professional experience in executive financial and commercial roles and most recently was Group Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Power Products division of ABB Limited. Mr Bakewell spent more than 16 years with ABB Limited in a variety of executive group level financial roles in Asia, UK and Europe.
	Barry Dineen \| Independent Director Appointed a Director in 1994, Mr Dineen was formerly Chairman and Managing Director of the Shell Companies in New Zealand. He is currently a Director of Todd Corporation Limited and Tecpak Industries Limited. He is Past President of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
	Dean Pritchard \| Chairman and Non-independent Director Appointed a Director and elected as Chairman on 20 May 2005. Mr Pritchard BE, FIE Aust, CP Eng, FAICD is also a Director of Zinifex Limited, OneSteel Limited, Spotless Group Limited and Eraring Energy. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Baulderstone Hornibrook, Chairman of ICS Global Limited and a Director of Railcorp.
	Janine Smith \| Independent Director Appointed a Director on 22 September 2010, Ms Smith B.Comm, has a wide range of knowledge and expertise as a result of her experience as a CEO, Executive Director and Independent Director with companies in the commercial, arts, and education sectors, both in New Zealand and overseas. Ms Smith’s executive roles have included GM/CEO and Executive Director of Arnott’s New Zealand Limited, and Executive Director of Telecom Directories Limited, part of Telecom Corporation of NZ. Ms Smith is currently Chairman of McLarens Young New Zealand Limited, a major loss adjusting company in New Zealand, Deputy Chairman of Kordia Group Limited and Director of The Warehouse Group Limited. Previously, she was a Director of BNZ and Airways Corporation and a Trustee of Venture Taranaki. Ms Smith is Principal of The Boardroom Practice Limited and specialises in board room practice, strategic planning, organisational development and organisational change issues for boards and management.
	Dave Taylor \| Chief Executive Officer Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology and joined The BOC Group where he held a number of operational and senior management roles in the UK & Asia until 2007. Dave joined OneSteel as GM of the newly acquired Smorgon Reinforcing business and subsequently rebranded it to the Australian Reinforcing Company, ARC. In October 2009, after 18 months with OneSteel, Dave relocated to Wellington to assume the role of CEO, Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd.
	Rosemary Warnock \| Non-independent Director Appointed a Director on 22 September 2010, Ms Warnock BA, MAICD has over 20 years experience in global leadership with demonstrated success in a wide range of frontline operational corporate and board roles including extensive experience in the oil industry. She has held a number of senior executive positions in the BP Group in Australia, United Kingdom and Singapore including Chief Executive for Asia Pacific Lubricants. Ms Warnock is currently Chairman of Thinc Group Holdings Pty Limited, an international company focussed on capital works projects, and is Principal of The Adelante Group, a partnership that provides executive mentoring services. Ms Warnock is a Director of OneSteel Limited, major shareholder of Steel and Tube Holdings Limited.
